  • Reported to the HR Director - Business Partnering, responsible for strategic and operational partnership with five Ex-Co VPs to support a matrix segment of the DPEP business, comprising approximately 8,000 employees across Cruise Line, Vacation Club, and World. Managed a team of five direct reports located in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
  • Implemented a culture of change to facilitate the exponential growth of the business post-pandemic. Achieved financial goals through the development of Cast Members using programs such as Leadership Essentials, Leading our Legacy, and Disney 101.
  • Collaborated and led with ER to address complex cases across the organization and mitigate legal risks. Demonstrated expertise in US, UK, and Maritime Labour Laws, ensuring compliance and leveraging industry best practices to enhance people deliverables.
  • Influenced business leaders by providing data-driven recommendations to improve performance, succession planning, retention, and the employee experience following the implementation of Workday. Launched an Executive Coaching scheme specifically designed for newly appointed leaders.
